"This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!"

"Our stay at Chania Flair was simply lovely! The hotel is immaculate and decorated and laid-out to a very high standard! The only things that could be improved would be if the hotel had a pool (the large hot-tub at the top of the hotel is lovely, but too small to swim in). But the hotel is in a nice location - 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Which is perfect, as you get to access everything, but is much quieter being that little bit from the town. "Our stay at The Tanneries was exceptional. The property is gorgeous and modern yet fitting the historical surroundings, the rooms are also very modern and lovely with immediate proximity/ views to the water. Most importantly the staff is wonderful. On the first day of my stay I got a massage, scrub and facial with Katarina and it was excellent. Then the next day the reception staff went out of their way to help when my colleague was not feeling well. I can’t say enough about The Tanneries...
