"The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small. Very small bathrooms. All in all accommodations are uncomfortable. Difficulty in tempering the water. Ski in and out is at a very difficult to access location. Staff is great, though, everybody puts an effort in trying to make your stay better, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Despite the excellent staff...

We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"
