"L’hôtel est superbe, luxueux, la végétation luxuriante. Très belle chambre avec lit Confortable SAUF le lit supplémentaire était horrible, avec tous les ressorts qu’on pouvait sentir avec juste la main, extra bed facturé 50 dollars. La réception nous a fait payer ce lit malgré notre réclamation… une HONTE d’avoir un matelas aussi horrible dans un établissement 5 étoiles, et dans lesquel la nuit coûte très cher "
