"I would consider one of the best places we ever stayed. The staff from reception, drivers, waitreses and etc.. makes you feel like a family and willing to go extra 10 miles for you. They are making your stay enjoyable, unforgettable and memorable. We only had a breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious, everything was fresh. Room was cleaned twice a day. They suggested for us a few restaurants and made reservations. Thank you guys. "

"The staff were more than excellent. The room and the sea view/castle view were excellent. The breakfast was unbelievably excellent with so many food/drink options. I didn’t swim in the pool as it wasn’t as blue as pictured in the advertisement (was a shade of green/couldn’t see the bottom) but the thermal pools were nice and relaxing. The attention to detail was something else - the Botania Relais team were fantastic from the moment we arrived and throughout our 5 night stay. My only 2 comments would be better instructions on where to park and get up the hotel via the golf carts would be helpful and the concrete swim platform below the hotel could Be kept cleaner.
