"Oh my word, where do I start? Antonio and Pasquale were so helpful and arranged the most perfect trip for my sister, mother and I. My mother is disabled, but they arranged a private tour with Giuseppe and Daniel that made her dream of seeing Pompeii so wonderful. Breakfast every morning in this beautiful palazzo was delicious. "The property is unsuitable for many reasons; Not once was my room cleaned. Reception staff do not speak both italian and english there is one person who speaks english and works part time. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is toast and an option of stale pastries. The rooms are not sound proof, if you dont like to sleep then stay here because you can hear absolutely everything, people coming up and down the stairs the person next door phone notifications, not to mention the hotel do absolutely...

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."

"Very Janky. Could not tell if my door locked, and had to have a friend come check from the outside. Toilet dirty. Sheets dirty stains, had to have hotel worker come get my things out of my rooms since they were locked inside, he had to use multiple keys to get in. There was absolutely nothing around the property, and could not get any transportation out of the area. I booked a single room for 2 nights and ended up leaving the same day I got there, completely out of the money I spent. Worst...

"MR was absolutely stunning, tranquil, just perfect. The staff made our stay even more wonderful and looked after our every comfort. Each person mafe our stay very special with such thoughtful care. The bookings of boat trips, transport advice, meals, everything! was seamless!"

"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

Good chain hotel.

"Very modern, compact, nicely laid out room. Very quiet, view of rooftops, window opens.Good bed/,pillows. Shower roomy enough but not huge. Excellent location for arrival or departure by central Napoli train ( Garibaldi Square ). Use the Metro or buses to see Naples. Train to Vesuvius is 10 minute walk. They will store your bags when checking in for a while. Very friendly chain hotel staff. Stay here for a day to take the stress out of arriving in Naples then find a hotel or Airbnb in a less busy area for your visit."

Nice hotel in beautiful location

"Nice hotel with bar lounge and restaurant. Spacious room with balcony and great views. Breakfast buffet is same every day, but many choices and satisfying. The location on the water and many restaurants and shops nearby. Beware of taxi drivers at and near hotel—they don’t use meter and change their prices!!"
