"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this...

"Personnel does not speak English. Room is cold, except just under the ac. No heating in bathroom. Freezing. Internet sketchy. I lost hours of work and even to co tact the help desk I needed to restart several times, each time with another agent, due to connection, and from scratch. Noise from other rooms and guests with kids in dining room. No one is there to tell them. My friend ran away after 1 night. No housekeeping during stay, only when I insisted once.
