"The hotel was excellent. The lobby was very nice with a large fountain and an antique car. The room was very large and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was huge and not the same each day. The spa on the room was fabulous. You must use or buy a swimming cap $5. but the equipment, hotub, and pool (small) were great."

"Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...

Cotopaxi Volcano is the most representative and famous volcano in Ecuador. It has a height of 5,897 metres. The mountain is characterized by quite stable weather conditions, which makes it accessible all year round. The summit is famous for it’s perfect cone shape, from where you have a fabulous view on the crater, with its diameter of 800 m. To climbing it, is necessary that you wear warm cloting and carry specialized equipment.
