One suggestion is that you become a Marriott member to get free internet as rooms booked through Expedia often don't include complementary access. Again another example of the great service, when I realised the Internet was not free, they arranged to get me signed up as a member and then reversed out the changes. Many hotels I have stayed at need to spend some time here to understand what great customer service looks like. Needless to say, the rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the overall environment was great. They represented real value for money and I will be sure to stay here when we return again."
