"The hotel is extraordinary because the staff here makes you feel like family. The hotel has been by far the best place we have stayed in. "I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "
