"Having stayed many times in apartments in Lucca I have to say that this apartment stands well above lots of others in standard, ambience and comfort. I was aware that it was three floors up, but these are the type of places I like. There was one small issue that cropped up and it was handled very well and courteously by the host family…on a Saturday!! And resolved by the same evening!
