"We were so impressed by this hotel. I was a complete pain about getting the right room so that our 3 year old would get a good nights sleep and they treated me with such grace and good humour. The rooms were very nice, we had 2 as we were travelling with family too. The breakfast was good, wake up calls were made and cabs ordered. Great advice about the area was given. "Good: Really clean. The blind, when it worked, was almost back out. Couldn't ask for a better location - some reviews say it's dodgy but I felt it was cultural of people of different nationalities to be in the street. "Great hotel with lots of history and character. Excellent location, we walked from the airport and left by walking to train station. Nice breakfast selection. Bit noisy on a Sat night but we were lucky to have a room that faced onto to the river. Would stay again."

Central hotel with free breakfast

"This hotel is very close to the train station and very central to the walls. The staff were particularly lovely. The hotel could do with some updating. The breakfast was varied but the doughnuts were a bit stale. I particularly enjoyed sweets at breakfast. The shower was small and we kept knocking it off, also the shower needed updating. Room was a large size and bed massive an clean."

What a gem!

"Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. So reasonably priced. Only stayed for one night. Wish it was for more! Would absolutely stay here again!"

Perfect Location and Lovely Property.

"A smiling friendly welcome, spotlessly clean large room with a super comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with excellent big shower. What more do you need. Lovely property in the old town only a short walk from the railways station. Ideal for exploring or relaxing. Nice little bar on site to with a good selection of drinks including local artisan beers."

"A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place. Fantastic all-round

"Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
