"From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our check in was done by Raissa and honestly we couldn’t have asked for anyone more friendly, professional and helpful. The whole team from greeting at the door to checking out were fabulous and I look forward to starting again in the future. "Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Spa and pool are lovely, and it’s convenient to have so many restaurants in the lobby. Staff at times can be a bit dismissive and uppity, but most are nice. Keep in mind since it’s a members club too, so it is especially crowded on Thursday and Friday. I will say the neighborhood is nice but it isn’t charming as it is surrounding by banking and business buildings, so if you’re someone who loves a local cafe and shopping, I would recommend looking elsewhere...

"A wonderful family stay with our 9 year old. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful - a particular shout out for Emily who checked us in and checked on us every time she saw us pass. Lovely club lounge food and setting. Room brilliant and clean. Conveniently located for heading into the city centre, as well as having lots around to do including lovely walk over the river to Tate Modern. Spa nice and quiet though pool was a bit cold this time round compared to our last stay here"
