(I found it hiding in a drawer and reattached it myself). Asked the front desk for toilet paper and many hours later, still waiting. Had to ask again, finally restocked. Room was not made up during the day. No fresh towels or well, anything for that matter. No hair dryer/iron. No mini fridge. No phone, not...
