"By far the nicest resort we have been to and it’s a must!! The resort is stunning and very large with all necessary amenities ! They also provide shuttle services & speedboat to and from the airport which is a very pleasant experience. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to the downtown area which is very walkable once you reach the drop off point. The rooms (we booked Deluxe Suite with Seaview) are gorgeous, very spacious and clean! The dining options are also very nice and provide a variety of foods. The breakfast buffet is incredible as well! The team is very attentive and caring. When we arrived our luggage didn’t make the transit so they prepared a care package with all essentials until our bags came! It’s also impressive how they remember you despite the size of the resort and large number of guests. They got familiar with our preferences and made our stay very enjoyable! Highly recommend the Shangri-La Resort in Boracay!"

"this is the hotel we always stay at when we stay at White Beach in Boracay...always sincere and attentive service from the staff (special mention to Keem), rooms were good sized, pool and amenities were great. If there was any criticism, it would be more extensive menu at the restaurant but not a big deal as so many options in other nearby places if you dont want to eat in the hotel... 5 star as always"

"My stay was great all around! I celebrated my birthday there and the staff even sang to me and gave me cake. Everyone was friendly, the pools were amazing, the grounds were always maintained and kept clean and our room was always made up and spotless. All of them - the groundskeeper, the spa staff, front desk, breakfast staff, beach security, lifeguard, housekeeping, the guide and drivers of the shuttle, etc, a big thank you for making our vacation so memorable. "We made a great decision to stay at Ambassador. Located in Station 1, Beach front. Room is huge, bathroom is very spacious, ocean and pool view. Plenty of seating in the restaurant, beach beds are also available, first come first serve. Restaurant with Acoustic singers in the evening during our stay. Restaurant servers both during breakfast and evening are all helpful, we had encounters with Kent, Roy, Noel, Janeza, Adrian, Juvy, Hajie. Guard Jonathan is very helpful too. Thank you for making our first Boracay visit a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable! "
