"We spent 4 incredible days here, and everything was seamless from start to finish. The pre-arranged transport service was excellent—special thanks to Joshua, who was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the island. Upon arriving at the beach house resort, we were warmly welcomed by Hazel, Andy, and their team, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. "Room had bad standard. The bathroom smelled diesel. Bad neighbourhood. We could not stay there and had to find another hotel after to nights. We will therefor ask for the money back for the three remaning days. "

"If it were not for Ms.Melanie, i hope i remembered her name right i would rate this hotel zero star. We had trouble with our reservation but she made every possible way to resolve it and provided us great service w/ the food and room. She does it all. As for the room and hotel, it needs an upgrade. The room is not clean. Cant even sleep and shower because of the condition of the bed and shower area."
