"Lovely place. We had an issue with the air conditioning and after a few complaints we escalated to the manager and he moved us to a new room. He was also very attentive from that point on. However, there were various aspects which were a little hit and miss meaning I cant rate the hotel excellent overall. The prices are 5 star, particularly the food, and so you expect excellent throughout. Unfortunately there were a couple of meals and instances of poor service which let it down. "

"We spent 3 days at the bubble lodge in the ocean bubble and it was an unforgettable experience, everything was beautiful!
