"Would have rated this as 5-star, but the room they gave me was on 5th floor, facing road and noisy! Breakfast was average and pastries were limp and cold. Breakfast service was slow and not very attentive either. Room, amenities and surrounding were good - safe neighborhood."

"This is a great hotel in a really good part of town. There are a lot of attractions to visit on foot and there’s plenty of transportation to get to other parts of the city. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very luxurious as are the amenities. It’s not a very “green” hotel despite their claim to be conscious about the environment but they aren’t wasteful either (the only green aspect I saw was that they did not change the sheets or towels as I requested).
