Front desk staff told us their system didn’t show we booked city view room at first, after I opened hotel.com app to show them, they changed a much better room.finally we got our room at 4:00pm, check in suppose at 2 PM. A staff helped us to got a ride on the check out day, moved our luggage’s to the ride’s pick up area, it was a big help."

"Adjacent to MTR line 9, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the station! Massive mall within 8 minutes walking distance with lots of restaurant options. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room is clean and spacious. Over-all a 5 star rating residence."

"It's been a while since we last visited Mission Hills and it was such a nice surprise to find that there are just so many more things to do here now. The place is still beautiful and relaxing and the services remained professional and engaging as before. With a quick ride on the free shuttle bus we got to this new shopping complex, MH Mall. Man, it had everything there. So many dining options, including our favourite, Haidilao hotpot. We walked around the mall and found some interesting places...

"Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead."
