The service was impeccable, the rooms were exceptional, the property was phenomenal and the spa was one of the best spas I have ever visited. "Room layouts were odd. No chair in room, TV not easily visible from bed, twin bed arrangements were too complex due to built in headboard on wall- rest of hotel was good. Didnt use restaurant as didnt want Italian food."

From check-in to check-out we were treated so well, that we will miss each staff person we met.
