"The first night. Was not a good time for me? And I reviewed it. The staff was very good. I attempted to change hotels, decided against it. Because I had booked the room through a travel agent and it was going to be more hassle than it was worth. The big silver lining to this whole experience is leaving today, I can report that all the things that we're of issues we're addressed by the hotel. The staff went through extraordinary efforts trying to contact me to make sure things we're taken care of. I did not get back till later in the evening and I had not talked with them but found that indeed everything had been taken care of including a new refrigerator. I am peased to say, out loud, for anyone who will listen, that, it's because of the staff, I would would rate it a six star hotel just from their effort. Mr. M... & Ms. J… made it all happen. Now I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is large and has accommodated travelers for decades. The issues I experienced happen every where, the energy put into making them right; however, other properties are unlikely, IMHO, be hard pressed to perform at the level of the team at this hotel. Yes. They won me over. I shall stay here again on my way through Hong Kong. "

Central location was very convenient . & a special thank you & expression of appreciation to Martin at Concierge desk .He was very friendly & helpful in dining recommendations, & transportation items , so we could get to where we needed to go . I think our first stay in Hong Kong was enhanced & improved with his invaluable assistance!! Thank you! EH "
