"Great location 5-8 mins walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui subway station, lots of dining options, convenient stores around the hotel, you can also walk to the Victoria harbour to see the beautiful night view. The room is cleaned but small, we had a queen bed and view of the building across the street; They have laundry facilities, cooking facilities and coffee machine located in the basement that is extra charge of $70 HKD per day. I didn’t use it, but took my dirty clothes to a dry cleaning shop where...

"We stayed for three days while visiting Hong Kong and the service was excellent. We ask for a little softer pad to put on our bed and they took care of it right away . When left to go on our cruise we left some valuables in the safe and didn’t realize it until we were on the ship. We called them and they said they would bring it to us. They were life savers.
