All staff were extremely polite, to a degree when it became almost annoying: "Good morning, how are you, is there anything I can do for you?". Unclear when the currency exchange office was open. "I booked ocean view suite but got city view so was a bit disappointed. And i was there while they hosted a number of VIPs so there was a lot of police, military and so on. And guests were being cautioned on not wearing very revealing clothes. I guess it wasnt the establishment's choice but yeah it was quite frustrating. The staff were amazing. Food, not so much"
