"This is a beautiful property nestled inside the jungle on a mountain slope and we had stunning views of the ocean from our plunge pool suite. However, the food was atrociously bad. "This hotel away from the tourist area. Bit difficult to reach because of narrow road. It was very quiet hotel , we are the only one during the stay of two nights. "Hotel seems to be too old. However, you can still enjoy the atmosphere as well as the nice large swimming pool. If you're likely to have a good service don't go there because there is no service at all. Even from start, no welcome, no smile, no restaurant service nothing. Just a ghost hotel as we feel. Staff must be letting down the hotel. Probably, the lack of training."

"The villa was so peaceful and in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The staff were unbelievably efficient and attentive without being intrusive. The manager and staff were always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for them.
