"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. When we went to the pool and the beach, ask for pool/beach towel and was told they have run out of beach towel, ask for bathe towel instead and never arrive. Wifi was very...

"This hotel away from the tourist area. Bit difficult to reach because of narrow road. It was very quiet hotel , we are the only one during the stay of two nights. Food and kitchen facilities are inadequate. Not happy management ask extra for extra bed in a same room. Because I have three kids and did pay for three people while I was booking. "

"Hotel seems to be too old. However, you can still enjoy the atmosphere as well as the nice large swimming pool. If you're likely to have a good service don't go there because there is no service at all. Even from start, no welcome, no smile, no restaurant service nothing. Just a ghost hotel as we feel. Staff must be letting down the hotel. Probably, the lack of training."

"The villa was so peaceful and in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The staff were unbelievably efficient and attentive without being intrusive. The manager and staff were always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend if you want peace and tranquility yet within easy reach of wonderful beaches, towns and amenities with a good tuk tuk service at hand."
