It was a bit disappointing that in the description it said beautiful garden experience or room on the 3rd floor looked straight onto the ugly roof of the gym. I think if the roof had fake grass and some plants it would have been ok. I asked to be moved to a ground floor room that opened into the garden. "We left the Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach last week after a fantastic 12 day stay. We simply cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. Great rooms, excellent restaurants (SugarSand is a must try!), and a great location being right opposite the beach. What cannot the praised highly enough though is the quality of the hotel team - the most helpful, friendly and fun people we have ever encountered in any hotel anywhere else in the world. We will return!"

"Excellent experience at this hotel. The facilities are very clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff here may be the kindest of any hotel I have stayed at… the front desk, restaurant staff, room service. Everybody says “hello” or “good morning” with a big smile. Restaurant has excellent breakfast buffet and great dinner menu. The pool is also very nice! "

"Unsurpassed - a wonderful intimate resort. The staff were friendly and kind. The inclusions stand the Resort out from other resorts. Each day at the pool we were provided with Easter, sunscreen, hydration spray. We were given treats - fruits, gelato etc every hour from 12 until 4pm then afternoon tea and entrainment. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the views were divine. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We left feeling like we were part of a family."

"This hotel was very nice, exactly as pictured. The location was great, a quick walk along the beach to the beach clubs, Finn and Atlas. The beach club and restaurant at the hotel, Vue, was also great. The hotel was right on the beach and had beautiful views of the sunset. The staff were very polite and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation for us to and from the airport. We had a great time here."
