"A convenient and lovely place to stay in Penang. Easy to get a Grab or be dropped and picked up. Every staff member I encountered was a delight to interact with. I love the sea view which is at the less built up end of Gurney Drive. M Club was the cherry on the cake where the service, food and drinks were excellent. Turn down service always left a little sweet treat. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to Shane and the team. "

"This is a large popular hotel with beach access and good facilities. It is popular with families and at some times of the day feels a little “package” holiday with lots of noise from pool areas and very busy breakfast areas BUT it is possible to escape the crowd and find a space to relax. The onsite parking is good and staff are friendly. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained, bathrooms are spotless and views just lovely."
