"Property dining all closed until 7pm due to Ramadan. Westerners unable to order room service until 11pm. Pool got emptied after 3 days of us being there for maintenance. This hotel is overrated. Ran down, dirty, all restaurants closed. Coffee shop only open for 4hrs 12pm to 4pm. Shuttle bus non operational. Does not cater for tourists unless you are local. Extremely disappointing and our kids were not able to eat anything. Too far from KL over 45min drive. Loud every night from 7pm to 11pm...
