"This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!"

"This hotel is right in the centre of Chania in a perfect location - it's a short walk to the main harbour and only a few minutes away from the bus station if you're planning day trips further afield. Breakfast was beautiful and the service was brilliant with everyone we interacted with in the hotel. A couple of small downsides - the gym is very small, and the indoor pool is in a bit of an odd place as it's in the restaurant! We would definitely stay again."
