Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. "The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff were very efficient, polite and friendly. Location was perfect for us, as it was near the main bus station and our bus to/from the airport. Hence, it was a busy and bustling location but none of the noise could be heard from within the hotel room. Our hotel room had a balcony with distant views of the mountains and sea. Easy walking access to the harbour and city areas. A small buffet breakfast was available which included fruit, cereals, breads,...

"Great location in Omalos. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed two days and they brought us to the Samaria Gorge and the Mount Gingilos. They even organized to send our luggage to our next destination, so we wouldn't have to carry them in the Samaria Gorge. e had breakfast and dinner there, very good. They even prepared lunch for us."

"We had an awesome time at Artemis apartments. The apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is a good size, clean and the bar offers lots of drinks option. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of hot and cold options. "

"Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising....

"Good location outside of town. Parking in gravel lot down the street not bad. Short walk and a bit dangerous for unloading luggage in front of hotel in traffic. Owner very nice and very helpful with suggestions of what to do. Other staff helpful in suggesting restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Beach is rocky, but water refreshing. Bed linens could use updating and futon in our room needed to be replaced, but overall a descent place to stay for the price."

"I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."

The rooms are large with all amenities and very comfortable beds.
