Club room was amazing with Pudong and river views and super customer service and superior club lounge. Enough food for dinner Ni each night. "

I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "
