"Had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking of staying here ask to stay on the riverside as there were building works on the other side when we were there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to change rooms for us and responded quickly and thoughtfully with any issues we brought to them. The river/city views are stunning, and food in the restaurant is wonderful. The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. We hold very fond memories...

"A Mixed Experience The hotel has a modern and cosy feel and is very clean. The rooms are comfortable, full of character, and well-maintained. However, we found the location challenging as we were traveling with two elderly parents and it was quite a distance from the city centre (30 minute walk). That said, we used Bolt taxis which were convenient and a great price! The surrounding area is peaceful, but unfortunately, the room soundproofing was poor. We experienced interrupted sleep each...
