"Had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking of staying here ask to stay on the riverside as there were building works on the other side when we were there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to change rooms for us and responded quickly and thoughtfully with any issues we brought to them. The river/city views are stunning, and food in the restaurant is wonderful. The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. We hold very fond memories of staying here."

"3 nights stay for 6 persons and 6 rooms, straight forward check in and good information from the very friendly and helpful young lady (red hair). Throughout staff were friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast on 5th floor, hotel right on the main street. Comfy warm room, good shower and very clean, could do with bigger pillows and an in room safe, there is a safe at reception though. Definitely recommend it for a stay"

"Stunning apartment just like the photos. Super comfy bed, immaculately clean, gorgeous historical building. Strange no bath salts or product provided to use the bath. We had a couple of issues and staff did their best to help. AMAZING facials in the spa. Lovely location perfect for exploring. Breakfast okay, wasnt as impressive as expected based on reviews. "

"The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. The breakfast is served in a restaurant beside the apartments and was excellent. You can choose one of the main dishes from the menu and can have as many drinks as you want."
