"Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened. The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. "Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay."

"Great Accomodation right on the Main Street. Wiirhin easy walking distance of most things. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door from a set menu which was very nice. Only issue was that the pillows were very soft and flat but that’s personal preference. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Great location, nice room, but breakfast menu was limited. They claimed we should not have been able to book as we were a family and tried to charge us more once we had checked in. I refused and once they realised the children were well behaved they were very nice."

"Room DOES NOT have microwave, refrigerator or so called kitchenette as they advertised on website and we were told by the staff none of their rooms has these.We booked this property because of this so we were very disappointed about their dishonesty. Big noise started even before 6am in the morning and sometimes lasted later than 10pm from their tiny communal kitchenette which only has a very old kettle and a small fridge . "Don't stay here if you are on holidays. it is not nice and way to expensive for what it is. The shared bathroom is inadequte and in poor condition. The shared kitchen is full of strong smelling half full pots of food. I only stayed because it was the only place with vacancies. And now I see why it still had vacancies while everywhere else is full."

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"

"Paid our stay on hotels.com, when we got to the hotel we called the host and she told us to go to a supermarket nearby and get the keys. When we got there we were told that we had to pay for 3 nights with cash only. No receipt Double charged amount of our stay"

"Read everything mentioned about this property carefully as that is what you will get. There is no daily housekeeping or such. You basically get a room in a villa. The owner is nice and tries to be as helpful as possible."

"The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. Another Great Stay!

" This was my second time staying at IBB, and it was just as good as the first! The place is super clean, the rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, so it’s easy to get around. The staff are amazing—really friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. Overall, I had another great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"

"Location was close to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean and plenty of space in single rooms. Reception staff was always keen to help - even if you want to post a letter or collect an item from paczkomat they will be here to assist and inform how to do it. Spa area was great too - clean and not too full so you can enjoy it even in the evenings. Breakfast was not the best choice but there are plenty of great breakfast options locally. Hotel well connected by trams and airport was easy to get to by 2 trams as well. I recommend this place for a city break."
