"The service is ! I did not like that we had to pay for coffee when supposedly coffee is supposed to be included. Breakfast could use major improvement. Orange juice was processed, not fressly squeezed. fresh squeezed orange juice was available at a much higher price. This hotel truly has five star potential if they change their breakfast, and include good coffee. The coffee was terrible. "

I was very satisfied with my experience but not blown away. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. I valet ‘ed my car and they were always on time to bring it, showed up right on time to take our luggage to the car on the day of departure etc. Their Concierge was extremely helpful with bookings and reservations.
