Diamond Luxury Suites has been one of my best stays in the past 10 years of traveling. The interior is absolutely stunning, with a unique and beautifully designed cave-style concept that feels both luxurious and cool. One of the standout features is the excellent luggage service—having our bags taken to and from the suite was incredibly convenient and thoughtful! A special shoutout to Anastasia for making our stay truly exceptional. She reached out a day before check-in to confirm our arrival time and provided helpful tips to ensure a smooth experience. Her detailed explanations made sure we knew how to operate everything inside the suite. When we encountered an issue with the hot water, she responded immediately and sent a colleague to fix the heater right away. I was truly impressed by her efficiency and dedication. I highly recommend staying at this incredible suite when visiting the island—you won’t regret it!

We highly recommend the Diamond Luxury Suite (Ruby) for your next stay in Santorini! Veronica was an amazing host who provided us with wonderful recommendations and tips for the area. The rooms are away from the high traffic areas, which does mean more steps, but worth it for the views! The outdoor pool is great and we really enjoyed breakfast in the mornings on the patio.

It was my first time in Santorini and I felt well taken care of by Elena, Anastasia and two gentlemen (the staffs that were responsible for my suite). They made sure I had transportation and recommendations for places to go or restaurants. They always checked in on how I’m doing what I might need. I feel like home away from home. Thank you for the hospitality!! The pearl suite was so comfortable, there’s AC and WiFi. The view outside was amazing!! I’d recommend if you want to have a pool/jacuzzi you will have to book the right suites! I would highly recommend to anyone:)

We stayed at the Diamond Luxury Suites for 3 nights and feels like a 5 stars hotel, the view from the roof top is unbelievable, we did walked around the island but I will say most of our time is staying at the suites with a couple of drinks and snack and enjoying the view. Veronica helped us a lot to settle from a long flight, she help us to schedule all the transportation between airport and Fira, the restaurants she recommended are very good. For sure I will stay here again when I come visit Santorini again in the future.

I had a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea right from the bed. The fact that the property was not in a high foot traffic area was a plus and we felt like we were in our own private paradise. The property manager Veronica was the best. She andwered all our questions, was prompt and arranged everything we asked for!

Spectacular!
We booked based on a recommendation from a friend and reading past reviews. The accommodations were perfect and the views are spectacular! We came for our Honeymoon and overall very happy with our decision. Our host Veronica was exceptional in all her communications, local recommendation's and support in getting from the Airport. Our host Veronica was so helpful and took care of everything from airport transfers, morning breakfast delivery, dining recommendations and excursions. Veronica was an amazing host, she was communicative, punctual and an awesome asset in booking local activities while we were in Oia. The accommodation was amazing, from the incredible views from the front door, spa to the really unique cave bathroom and shower. Honestly, the MVP was Veronica. Can't recommend this enough!

The place had beautiful views and is located in the heart of oia. Veronica was great and helped us through out the way with her local knowledge of surrounding. She arranged the transfers from airport and also back to ferry. Road tour was also great, overall a great experience and beautiful memories.

Cost of room is not reasonable
It was not so good because I paid more than 450 Euro per night for one room. The view of the room has a good sea view but does not have any view of SANTORINI such as blue and white. Overall the payment was not reasonable.
