"It is difficult to rate this hotel. All rooms have a big balcony/patio and provide some of the most astonishing views I've seen. The ocean, the views to the caldera and the castle, the sunsets, really beautiful. I was actually sad the day before leaving the place, couldn't get enough of that view. We had late arrival but our host make sure we had a pick up from the airport something we didn’t include in our booking and she also had someone waiting to help us carry luggage to our room. Recyclable toothbrushes and a sewing kit just when I needed to fix something. Extra pillows available in case you can’t sleep with one.
