"My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place"

Very comfortable room, quiet, with a good bed and strong wifi. Excellent breakfast selection. Grateful for early check-in too. "

"Room was very comfortable and quiet. However, 2 mornings there was NO WATER for a couple of hours. Should have been given a discount. hotel said it was a city thing, but very inconvenient when you need to shower and prepare for the day. Food was average, and overpriced. However staff and service were wonderful! Very helpful."

"Comfortable hotel - the old town is right outside the door. Bedrooms a good size. The pool and sauna are small but ok. Staff very friendly. The midday checkout is a luxury you rarely get in European hotels these days. "
