The staff did try to make accommodations, but valet and parking outside of the hotel was unsatisfactory. "Place was clean , it probably needs deep cleaning of carpet and balcony but it was fresh clean and safe. Owner was very nice and she responds fast and help with early check in . we booked for 5 days but stayed only 2 . I would recommend this apartment. "

We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone.
