"Clean, beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Needed to ask staff for an HDMI cable as they didn’t have smart TVs (a little disappointing). Had no control over the temperature of the room, was told in the winter they set the entire hotel to a certain temperature so we found ourselves opening the windows at night to our dismay. Otherwise, pool area , gym and rooms themselves were lovely. Walking distance to town, shopping, laundromat, train stations and a lovely 3 mile walk around the lake. "

Everything was beautiful and modern inside and the kitchen was well equipped with a handful of coffee pods and all the dinnerware you could possibly need (bring milk and sugar if you need it for your morning cuppa). The courtyard on property was delightful. There was some shopping on site, and the dorf was an easy walk. Andermatt is small and everything is accessible by foot. Shout out as well to Gleis 0 for renting EVERYTHING to my 24 yo when Delta lost...
