The hotel gives you a bus pass for your stay which made getting around great. There is so much to see and do in this area that one night was not enough. "

"Spacious room, heating worked. The remote receptionist was very helpful over the phone and by message and responded quickly. Beautiful views. Very basic accommodation. Hard to find, as it sits remotely in the backyard of the reception office. Not well marked or lit. Really a budget option. Could be so much more with better directions and a bit of love. No food availability in town after 8pm in winter. We had to walk the mile and catch the train to Interlaken. Walk to train in approximately 10-12...

"Incredible views outside my widow. Breakfast was excellent-eggs, variety of meats and cheese, dried fruits, yogurt, waffle/bread. Location was about 20 minute walk ( hilly) to Interlaken ost. (Coop across station). Bus 102 stop is few yards from hotel ( brings you to Interlaken ost in 5-10 minutes). Friendly staff. Grocery next door has meat/cheese. Walkable to Lake Brienze ."

"Lovely hotel nestled in a small village near Interlaken. Excellent views of the Alps from the room. Clean, simple property, with a good breakfast spread, nominal rates and within walking distance from the train station. Will definitely stay here again! "
