"The hotel was a little hard to find as we were on the opposite pavement and the hotel’s name didn’t really stand out. It was very conveniently located for walking to many sights including the Brandenburg Gates and Check Point Charlie and also public transport was just a street or two away. The room was a little more compact than the photos suggested but very comfortable bed. The public areas were very nicely furnished and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

Two minor things turned out to be irritating: The bathroom door in our room stubbornly didn't want to close completely unless you slammed it shut. Also, those door hangers are poorly designed and don't stay on the door handle. They always drop down to the floor."
