"After visiting Goreme and all the hectic activity, we thought we’d book a hotel away from the main tourist area, so we booked at Ajwa, and have been really impressed by so many aspects of our stay. First up, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The resident artist, Yunus, gave us a tour around his atelier and the hotel’s ceramics collection. "The hotel was clean. It is a rather new building with hitech equipment. There was a wedding hosted the Saturday we checked in, so there were lots more people present and noise, which was not really an issue to us. The meals were good, with limited variety. Will have no issue staying there again."
