"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. "My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot."
