"Beautiful elegant hotel right in the centre of Adelaide CBD. The mini bar was all inclusive with the stay and the 24/7 staff desk was very convenient. Everybody was really lovely, great amenities and value for money. Would most certainly stay again."

"The property is in a good central location and is very nice in the public areas such as the lobby and restaurant. Unfortunately the rooms are getting very tired and dated and need a freshen up for sure. All the staff we came across were nice and friendly and helpful. The one thing i would recommend changing is with your breakfast package, you need to include 1 free barista coffee per person per breakfast, the automatic coffee machine puts out terrible coffee!"

"Staff were generally friendly and helpful. At checkin, we were given a room at level 2, which was without park view. Following long liaison with reception staff, we got a room at level 8. Staff of valet parking and restaurant were friendly. The hotel is bit outdated. Chlorine in pool and spa pool was too strong which made our eyes irritated. We gave up after one visit. "

"Overall it is a good hotel. However in my opinion is only a good option only if you don't have a car. Parking at the Oval Stadium could be a challenge as leaving the car at the Valet Parking then requesting staff to bring the car could take time, so no room for emergencies to leavy within minutes. Breakfast was included in my reservation, but it was quite average getting 2 scrambled eggs that looked like porridge, very watery. Also, no gym on site, they have an agreement with the gym outside the...

"Enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was included as well. The staff were particularly friendly. The building is quite dated and looking a bit tired, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Given the good value I'd easily recommend staying. "

"Absolutely perfect stay for our 4 night's in a loft suite. Staff were very welcoming, professional, and informative. Perfect position for shopping, dining out and walking around the city. Free tram is also just across the road. Highly recommend. "
