"Lovely oasis in Ballsbridge area of Dublin. Lots of traffic in Dublin, so it took 20-30 minutes to get anywhere near Dublin City center, but Ubers and taxis were plentiful. The spa services and pool area were amazing and unique, and a welcome respite from all the walking and cold weather. Food was good. Service was friendly and attentive, and Afternoon Tea was fabulous. "

"Beautiful hotel, we were there for NYE, food was excellent however, the bar was understaffed and there were no chairs for people to sit after dinner, no staff seem to have the common sense to get chairs for people v odd was there was lots of space for them, a v expensive night away to have no seat seems unbelievable really. "This place was awesome until the showers stopped working. The owner/manager of the property seemed like it wasn't a big deal. Cleaning service showed up at 9:45am and ran us out. Boooooo."

"Our stay at Sweet Inn - Ballsbridge Dublin was horrible: My daughter referred to it as the house of nightmares come true. All three kids refused to sleep alone in any of the bedrooms because they were so creeped out. The property was described as a 5 star accomodation. However, it has felt like a 3 star poorly maintained airbnb house that has been let for a long time and not been refreshed in a long time. - the doonas and pillows are old and oily and sweaty smelling. They need to be replaced...
