"Nice location, great view over the city. Misunderstanding regarding airport pickup on arrival so we were swindled by local taxi driver. Our bed was broken when we checked in shortly after midnight but it was promptly fixed by a technician. We used the car service owned by the owner of the hotel for 3 whole days, 2 days with a great new car but the last day to Tibilisi we got an old car which had a flat tire half way through, but our great driver fixed it and we got to Tibilisi safely. "This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Overall a nice break and far enough from the city to benefit, but would be better to stay here if part of a big wedding etc."
