"Very good location, very spacious room. Some staff was friendly. The only down sides were the lobby it's a little outdated and from our room the only view we had was a big contruction right in front of us."

"The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The laundry service took two days, which I am not happy about it. The Internet connection was slower than I use to have. However the price was much reasonable than other offers in the same area of the city. "

"The finest hotel in all of Armenia. The service is always 5 star. As odd as it may be to say, one of my favorite hotels in the world despite not being a tourist destination of any sort. The finest cheesecake on the planet. Truly, beyond words. Restaurant on top is like 2-star Michelin quality. Fine food, white table cloths and above all, PIANO PLAYER for breakfast. Breathtaking experiences there every time. "

"The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. The breakfast area is excellent with wonderful views of the Cascade. The food at breakfast was very good and the selection was nice also. "
