"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "

"The location was away from the town and other facilities so having transport is essential. The room was OK but not spacious. The breakfast did not have a lot of variety for the western palate and did not seem to change. Staff were helpful."

"Nozo Hotel is a quick walk to Furano’s Kitanomine Go ndola. It has an amazing japanese bath and super friendly english speaking staff. The hotel is very modern and clean. The downside the rooms are on the smaller side. I’m planning to stay here on my next visit to Furano. "
