I know the economy is rubbish however at a Doubletree I expect the service to be consistent. A few things: 1. Dragging a broken suitcase up the driveway and the valet was chatting to someone and did not assist. 2. Lunch in your bar/restaurant. Ordered and waited over 30 minutes for meal while people around us were served, ate and in fact left while we were still...
