"Room was comfortable and clean. The younger man that works the bar in the evening was not friendly also the desk agent that checked me in was far from friendly! Not even a welcome or a smile came out of her. The breakfast wasn’t great tried having breakfast on two occasions and had to leave. Great hotel to stay as long as you eat outside the hotel. Oh I had a spa treatment all the staff in the spa area was very nice,. VR.. "

"Amazing, Amazing and amazing. Can’t tell enough of the confort in this hotel. The entire team, super nice super friendly and super professional. I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evacuate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is jot enough. Cleanness, CSR service, rooms are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. They are simply the best with the level of service they give you. Alihan and Anday in reception that made my check in and check out smooth and easy with a warm welcoming attitude.
