"I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet and the location is great. I have taken about 20 international trips in recent years and it's always a struggle to find the hotel once I arrive keeping in mind that it's not easy to ask people on the street for help since many do not speak English. But I have to say that the Hotel Metropol was the easiest hotel ever to find! The hotel isn't lying when they say on their site that it's "directly across from the Centrum Metro station". I...

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was really clean in the room; I had very cozy bed and slept very well; nobody bothered me with cleaning services unless you needed one; breakfast was delicious - there was food for any preferences… in addition, the hotel was amazingly modern and ridiculously inexpensive for such level of services…the experience, for sure, was beyond of any reasonable expectations. "Lovely hotel in a perfect location right next to a shopping centre and food court. All of the staff were lovely other than one man (unfortunately didn’t get his name but he had brown hair and a face like thunder) other than him the staff were all happy to help and extremely accommodating for all needs. "Great location in the center of Warsaw. Helpful staff and clean well lit rooms. Only two faults were... Shower head had no high wall attachment so showering meant standing underneath your raised arm and washing one-handed And now USB power outlets in the room, which would have been useful for changing mobile phones instead of using adapters. But a good hotel - I would recomend and would stay again"
